Cheese Sticks
Сделали с детворой вот такие вкусные сырные палочки. Я только духовкой оперировала. Всё делали они.
Могу предоставить рецепт на английском.
3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 stick of butter (cold, cut into cubes)
pinch of salt
1/3 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 large egg (lightly beaten)
Preheat over to 350* F
Work butter into flour until it resembles bread crumbs.
Add cheese and salt and mix all together.
Work an egg into the mixture until it becomes a dough.

Sprinkle a little flour onto the work surface and roll dough into strips.
Grease baking sheet. Lay dough strips on to the baking pan.
Bake for 15 min.
